Bio for Larry Face of Next Level Achievement


During the last 40 years Larry has used his passion for business and his business knowledge to create three companies including his current one, Next Level Achievement. Larry’s past experience includes being a Chairman for The Executive Committee (also known as TEC/Vistage), a Senior Consultant with Ernst & Young, and the President of Face to Face Solutions.

Larry is active in his community with leadership roles in The Sarasota Chamber of Commerce, Leadership Sarasota County, and Girls Inc., He has also contributed by presenting leadership development workshops for  the Leadership Sarasota County Program, the Englewood Leadership Program, the Lakeland Leadership Program, and the Nonprofit Resource Center who awarded him the 2006 Trainer of the Year award.

A few of the local leadership teams and organizations that Larry has worked with include: the Sarasota County EDC, The Bradenton Area EDC, The Sarasota Chamber of Commerce, Realize Bradenton, Sarasota Housing Authority, Manatee County School District, The Oaks Club, The Sarasota County and the Manatee County Dept of Health, The Florida Center for Early Childhood, State College of Florida, University of South Florida, Willis A. Smith Construction Inc., Gateway Bank, The Boys & Girls Club of Sarasota County, Clarke Advertising,  Sarasota County, The City of Sarasota, Manatee County, Life Care Center of Sarasota, Sarasota Memorial Hospital, Manatee Memorial Hospital, and the Lakewood Ranch Medical Center.
